What We Do

Buying Procedure
Trading will be done at village up level facilated by central office in Kanatabanji. The group will sell directly to Om Organic Cotton Pvt.Ltd. Transaction will be made through Om Organic, to be agreed on jointly by Seller & Buyer. The criteria are as follows :

• No.01- Nearest the village
• No.02-High Quality ginning practices(Foreign fiber contamination Control)
• No.03- Honest Grading practices.
• No.04- Reception & fast grading of small quantities.
• No.05-Payment within 6-7 days after receiving the Organic Fairtrade Raw Cotton by account transfer.

Transportation

• Transportation should be organise by the Om Organic Cotton Pvt.Ltd. Technical staff.
• Mandatory measures through cleaning of the transport vehcile .
• Clear identification of Organic and Non Organic inputs and Outputs.
• Contract signed by the group representatives stating isolation and security regulation

Weight

• The Organic Fairtrade Raw cotton of our AFL(Approved farmers) after farming unit are directly comes to Om Organic Cotton Pvt.Ltd. Factory with proper transportation i.e. Local waybill, challan, RMC, Gate pass, etc…
• After proper gate pass and proper documentation the organic fairtrade raw cotton inside the vehciles are weigh through computerised weighment machine by the expert technical staffs.

Unloading
After Proper weighment the Organic fairtrade raw cotton(Contamination free) are unloaded by the company unloaded vehicle or local labour with special grading system done in the hipping point by expert graders.

Grading

• The packing list will be signed by the field officers, transporter after weighing at the ginning premises.
• Om Organic Cotton Pvt.Ltd. Will perform the grading in consultation .
• The expert graders check the quality parameters (length, Mic, Trash, strength) Moisture, Discolor and contamination )etc of raw cotton .
• All the works are done by the experts staffs.
